Description:
​Breathing and running is valuable - meditation and sport are important. We run and run around the lake from Zurich main station. We enjoy the city from its natural side. In between, we stop and do stretching exercises and yoga. We will see the most beautiful side of Zurich with its nature (parks, possibly Chinese garden). It's an hour in which we do not want to be stressed. An hour for ourselves

From the meeting point we go to the lake basin and turn a round or 2.
Suitable clothes suitable for the weather.
Conditions:
You do not need to bring anything. The program and the exercises are done for everyone. Young and old. Thick or skinny, fit or not.
