Services:

We “civilized” people usually breathe shallowly into our lungs. When we play the didgeridoo, we breathe deeply into the stomach, which causes the diaphragm to move downwards. When you exhale, the diaphragm moves up into the lungs. This movement allows air to escape from the deeper layers of the lungs.

When inhaling, the lungs have more space to absorb more air. This creates a better exchange of oxygen in the lungs.
