To be mindful means - to become aware of the attention!

 

Walking barefoot has several advantages. Our shoes hinder our sensations and perception. They affect the body - the feet and the frame become weak and loose.

 

You walk barefoot much more slowly and therefore you perceive a lot more of yourself and your surroundings. Depending on the day and route, you can experience all undergrounds. Swamp, dryness, stones, wood, prickly, grassy - all in all stimulating, stimulating and definitely a special kind of experience.

 

The pace is adjusted individually. The route is selected depending on the weather and day of the week. Any area is possible.

 

 

There is neither stress nor pressure to succeed. We go as far as it fits and you like. There is no peak stress. Breaks are also important.

It is particularly calm and beautiful the higher you climb. From above, every problem looks much smaller and less important.

 

Everyone is human and a sinner, nobody makes a difference.

 

Can take place in any weather - without a mobile phone. We take the shoes with us in emergencies and when exhausted. Sticks are ideal and help enormously.

The workshop is an idea for self-help. Does not replace therapy or medical treatment.

 

Core elements are: perception, attention and mindfulness

Various exercises are shown and trained for this.

 

Axiality exercises and techniques for body, mind and soul, energy and thoughts that are guaranteed to help and can be used throughout life.

 

Do not forget:
We are not extras in our life, we are leading actors!
 

Avoid distractions:

Cell phones or the like are taboo at this time and can only be used in emergencies or as an aid. We want to concentrate totally on the one thing that is important to us. We give it our full energy and attention.

 

Mindfulness can also be trained very well in the office or at work - it doesn't necessarily have to take place outside.

What do I need, what do I have to take with me:
 

No prior knowledge required.

 

It doesn't matter what religion, belief or worldview you have. All religions and beliefs are taken into account and are welcome.

Age or occupation is also irrelevant.

 

The important thing is to want to optimize yourself. Making a change. To want to live more consciously and attentively overall.

Wanting to promote self-awareness and personality.
