I have been practicing yoga, doing energy exercises and taking care of my mind, body and soul for about 5 years.

During this time I gained various insights, refined them and put together a program myself from various ideas from great and small masters, which I am showing here.

It is a program with runic exercises, with the sun salutation, with meditation, with breathing, consciousness development, perception and with the possibility of your own energy production and indulgence and their compensation.
We get to know our energies to understand and use it. We become aware of what an energy is, what it is and what one can do to achieve the optimal state for every life situation.

It doesn't take much perseverance or discipline.

Avoid distractions:

Cell phones or the like are taboo at this time and can only be used in emergencies or as help. We want to concentrate totally on the one thing that is important to us. We give this our full attention.

No prior knowledge required

The program and exercises are made for everyone. Young and old. Fat or thin, fit or not.

Depending on your needs and preferences, you can customize the program yourself. 20 minutes a day is perfect.

The exercises are intense and lightly strenuous if performed precisely.

It's not a fitness workout or hard physical activity. You learn to recognize yourself and your current condition and to control it

After the training you are really charged and motivated even for things you don't want to do.
