Survive 2 days in the city with no money and only minimal equipment. Leave your comfort zone. Experience how it is to have nothing and maybe still be satisfied.
Sometimes be hungry and get to know the world from a different perspective. You can't ask for help. Do not accept any items or merchandise. Just eat and drink what you can find.
Start in the morning after breakfast at 9.30
End of the day after at 5 p.m. with a meal afterwards - really good for you!
